Bishop Vincent Howell & Evangelist Anieta Howell


Reverend Donna Howell

Evangelist, Pastor, Psalmist, Teacher, Motivational Public Speaker.   Duchess is a native Detroiter. She is the proud daughter of Bishop Vincent and Evangelist Aneita Howell. Duchess herself-the proud mother of 1 child -Victoria Howell age 16. She graduated from Ferndale High School, and is an alumnus of Wayne County Community College. Attended Oral Roberts University Tulsa, Oklahoma Pastoral Christian Ministries, Science education – Licensed in 1994, and Ordained in July 2011. Rev. Donna is also currently working as the Executive secretary for Bishop Howell


Mother Monica Brown

Monica Brown became a member of FGOA in 1974 and since that time she has occupied many different offices. She occupied the office of church secretary, youth president, Sunday School teacher, choir member and pastors council member. Monica is currently the church Mother and exemplifies in every way what a Church Mother should be.


Brother Linval Stewart

Brother Stewart Migrated to the USA and became a member of FGOA in 2002. During this time he has been involved in different ministries. He has been instrumental in the Men’s Ministry, Sunday School Maintenance and is currently a member of the Pastors council and he is responsible for guest service making sure that our reader board is always updated. Bro. Stewart is father of one daughter and his desire is to serve the Lord and continue to be an inspiration and beacon light pointing others to Jesus.


Sister Olive Jackson

I was born in the parish of St.Elizabeth Jamaica I obtained my primary elementary education at Ginger Hill Primary School. I migrated to the United States in 1969 and I got married in 1975. I have two boys and two grandsons. I obtained a four year certificate in Child Development from Jordon Community College. I became a member of FGOA in 1975, I am a choir member, a member of the Praise and worship team, a Sunday School Teacher, Children Church Teacher and a member of the pastors council. Above all I love to tell the story of jesus.

Minister Paul McGibbon

Paul McGibbon is a native of Kingston Jamaica and migrated to the United State in 1983. He was introduced to the Full Gospel Opendoor Assembly (FGOA) and immediately fell in love with the ministry and became a member that same year. As a member of GGOA Paul severed as Youth President numerous times, Youth Sunday school teacher, choir member and musician. Currently he serves as officer of FGOA Detroit location and a member of the FGOA Inc. executive board.
Paul graduated from the Highland Park Community College in 1986. He went on to higher studies where he obtained his Associate Degree from Morristown College, TN in 1988 and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer Technology from Alabama A&M University in 1992.
In 1997 he married his friend Venice and is blessed with two athletic and wonderful sons Tristan (TJ) and Timar. He passionately leads his family to discover more about God and in so doing he finds out more about himself and build a stronger relationship with God. When Paul isn’t thinking about “church” and how to build the ministry he’s enjoying spending time with his family

Minister David Campbell

Minister David Campbell was born in Kingston Jamaica he migrated to the United States and became a member of the Full Gospel Open-door Assembly where is currently a member. David is actively involved in the daily operation of his church ministry where he function as a member of the Pastors council, the finance manager Assistant and Sunday school Superintendent. David has a BscBA from the university of phoenix and currently works as a district manager with McDonalds Restaurant.


Deacon Lloyd Stephenson

Lloyd Stephenson is from St. Anne Jamaica. He migrated to the USA in 1981, Shortly after he became a member of FGOA where he has worked in various offices in the church, Pastors council member, usher, maintenance and currently occupies the office of Deacon. Deacon Stephenson is also very active in our food pantry ministry and he leads the mid-week prayer and bible study service. Deacon Stephenson got married in 1995 and has 3 daughters 2 step-sons and 13 grandchildren and 0ne great grandchild. Deacon Stephenson serves faithfully in every office and he continues to serve faithfully


Azelpah Nedd

Azelpah Nedd was born and raised in the parish of Clarendon on the island of Jamaica.  Her educational tenure took her through elementary, middle and high school. She successfully graduated in all areas. After graduation, she migrated to the island capital — Kingston. She took secretarial studies and was subsequently employed as a legal secretary for 20 years with Sylvester Morrris’ law firm. Azelpah Nedd then migrated to the United States in 1992.  She became a member of Full Gospel Opendoor Assembly in 1994. She served as a committee member in the youth ministry for a short period. She also served as President of the LADIES’ MINISTRY for six (6) years. She was ordained as a minister of Full Gospel Opendoor Assembly in 2005. She currently serves as Secretary and church officer on the FGOA OFFICERS’ BOARD.
